Find your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network

When connecting your mobile device and Arlo device to a Wi-Fi network, ensure that you select the SSID that indicates information technology is a 2.four GHz network. This is typically indicated by a ii, 2.4, or 2G at the terminate of the SSID.

If you take both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi networks:

Your 2.4 GHz network name or SSID might have a 2, 2.4, or 2G at the end.

- For networks that have the same SSID for two.four/5 GHz: Try temporarily disabling 5 GHz in the router settings.
