Believe it or non, one of my girls' favorite items on the card at Starbucks isn't a dessert! Information technology's their amazing savory spinach croissants.

Rich, buttery, flaky, and blimp with fresh spinach and cheese — what's not to love?

We created this quick copycat recipe yous can easily make at dwelling house so you can have these crave-worthy spinach croissants anytime. (Bonus – you'll save money making them at dwelling house too!)

Quick Cheesy Spinach Croissants

Tip: Make these for a veggie-packed after school snack for the kiddos OR as a fabulous party titbit!

Ingredients

  • 1 parcel crescent rolls
  • one cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 loving cup Feta cheese
  • 1 loving cup baby spinach, chopped
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • i/four tsp. crushed cerise pepper
  • 1/four tsp of each Salt and pepper

Kitchen Supplies You Might Find Helpful:

  • Re-useable nonstick silicon baking mat
  • Non-sideslip mixing bowls
  • Silicon basting brush

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Meanwhile, in a big basin add spinach, feta cheese, mozzarella, red pepper, table salt and pepper. Toss together until well mixed.

Unroll crescent dough and divide into triangles on a flat piece of work surface.

Take pocket-sized spoonfuls of your spinach and cheese mixture and place in the bottom part of your crescent ringlet dough.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment newspaper or a non-stick silicon baking mat.

Roll up your crescent dough, starting at the terminate where you placed the spinach.

Place each finished spinach croissant on the prepared blistering sheet. Brush each roll with beaten egg. (This well create a crisp, buttery brown coating on top of each croissant).

Meridian each spinach gyre with a sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese and bake for 12-15 minutes (until aureate brown).

TIP: If re-heating later, use the toaster oven or conventional oven to crisp them right up again!
